After collecting the car it went to be detailed. I was informed the car had had paintwork (it was a brand new car) and had overspray on the bumper, bonnet, tailgate, near side wing and doors. I emailed the garage 4 times and never received a reply.

While the service was carried out very efficiently, I was very disappointed by the amount you want to charge me for two new tyres - I found exactly the same tyres from my local supplier for over £100 cheaper. It's not a good look in my opinion.

I was presented with a series of 'red' issues supposedly requiring imnediate attention, all of which were quoted at absurd prices. Consequently, this will be my last use of a main BMW dealer and my next car purchase later this year won't be a BMW.

We booked an appointment on the website for 10am for break oil and MOT. We waited until 5pm.The price advertised was £70. charged £100 inc disposal. Misleading. Disposal is your issue or give us an option to take it away, or include in a cost.

The service/MoT was fine, check in went well. The 'But" comes from the loan car, an iX2 which I was told had a 60 mile or so range in the battery. By the time I reached the A21, it was 20 miles and by return 9 miles. Put me off an electric car!

Car kept in for a whole day and the service department did not answer their phone despite several attempts. Car not cleaned at all despite promises and car was kept a whole day simply to do an MOT.

We had a little miscommunication as to whom was dealing with a wheel refurbishment taking place at the same time as the service which resulted in the car being in longer than needed. But to the credit of the team they dealt with it well.

Because I find it difficult to get to for a service or any work entailed and having asked on two occasions to check the pressure in tyres and the brakes as there seemed to be a lapse in the foot brake being used and the main brake engaging.

I was not called when my car was ready I had to chase up. MOT passed however I found a bulge on my tyre when I got home (which should have been a fail). Went back and I was blamed for getting that on my way home, not the fact it was missed.

The checking in of my car was a disaster taking 45 minutes. There were rasonable explanations for this but a more flexible approach to booking in would have resolved these problems. However the servicing and return of the car was as ever immaculate
